Our highest priority is your satisfaction with your purchase! If anything does not meet your expectations, please contact us via email and we will make sure the problem is resolved.
Please note that by placing an order you are agreeing to all of the following terms.
Cancellations and Modifications:
If you change your mind about your purchase, please submit a request via this form, providing the order number and details of the modifications you wish to make. Once the cancellation or amendment has been processed, we will confirm it.
Please note that cancellations and amendments can only be made within 2 hours of placing an order. Thereafter, the order will be locked for processing and cannot be cancelled or edited.
Please note the following:
Personalised orders are locked for processing once completed and are difficult to adjust. Please double check all details before finalising your order.
During the holiday season, modification requests may result in longer than usual delivery times. However, we endeavour to process changes quickly so this rarely happens.
Please remember that by placing an order you are accepting all of the above terms.
Free replacement or refund:
This policy applies to parcels that have not shown any movement for more than 3 weeks or are significantly out of our Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA). If the problem is not related to an incorrect shipping address, we will promptly offer you a free replacement.
Replacements with a small fee:
In some cases it is possible to send a replacement at a small cost compared to the original price. The following applies:
You received the wrong item, design or size due to entering incorrect customisation information.
Your shipping address is returned and destroyed due to entering the wrong address.
